Will joined Social Finance in 2021 as a Manager in the HEP and Advisory teams. He works with government and social enterprises to help them operate more effectively and design new interventions. He joined Social Finance from the National Citizen Service (NCS) where he worked to deliver impact through its network of providers with a focus on using data effectively and financial modelling.
Prior to joining NCS he worked at the strategy consulting firm OC&C on corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects. He holds a Masters in economics with a focus on development economics - and previously worked with J-PAL in Chile.
Outside of work Will is a passionate supporter of a community focused charities - supporting Tomorrow's Warriors as a data advisor. Alongside that he is a volunteer bike courier with the Walworth Community Food Hub and tutors economics with The Access Project (TAP).
